Refund policy

At Sarai Hair Co. we pride ourselves on maintaining a high level of quality and accuracy. However, if you are not satisfied with the product, the hair may be returned or exchanged within (15) fifteen days. The hair must be in its original condition/state (no installation, cutting or other altering of the hair) and must be in its original packaging. Exchanges and refunds will only be processed after we have received the hair and have inspected it.  There are no refunds on custom colored Wigs, Colored bundled hair and/or Clip-Ins, since these are customized items.  Federal law prohibits the return of hair that has been installed.

​Exchanges may be obtained within (15) fifteen days from the date the product is delivered. If you would like to exchange your order for a different texture or length, we are willing to work with you.  You will be responsible for any and all differentials in cost. You will also be responsible for all shipping costs unless we determine that the product is defective. We will not ship the replacement hair until the original order has been received AND inspected.
